Free General Dental Consultation appointment Policy

A free dental consultation is only available to new patients with no private insurance cover only. For new patients with private health insurance, the consultation will be gap-free with no out-of-pocket cost for the item.
New Patients can either claim free orthodontic consultation or Free Dental Consultation.
Free dental consultation can only be booked with participating dentists in the practice.
senior citizen discount is only available to patients 75 years and above only for general dental services. The discount offer will not be available in conjunction with any other offer such as a free checkup.
All Accounts must be settled on the day of the treatment. Failure to settle will incur further charges in the debt management fee.
48 notice is required for any appointment cancelation. If a confirmed appointment is canceled without 44 notice will incur a $100 no-show fee. Credit card details may be required at the time of booking appointment by participating network practices.
